Shipping & Returns Policy
**Purchase by December 15th to have your items arrive by December 24th.
** Due to the Canada Post strike, we will temporarily switch our delivery services to UPS, FedEx, or Purolator. We expect minimal disruptions to your deliveries during this time.
We offer the following shipping options for online purchases:
Pick-up in store:
Pick-up of your online purchase is available in one of our retail locations for free for any purchases even under $149. Shipments of items to be picked up in one of our stores may take up to 10 business days to arrive, depending on store availability. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to notify you that the items are ready for pick up. Do not go to the store until you receive this confirmation e-mail. When going to the store to pick up your items, please show the store a copy of your invoice,photo identification, and the credit card used for purchase. Any shipments to the store are free of charge.
Shipments to Canada:
All purchases $149 and more (before tax) and shipped within Canada are free of charge. We will ship your item via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or Purolator. All purchases below $149 (before tax) are subject to a flat rate $20 shipping charge. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Delivery times may vary depending on location. Please allow approximately 5 to 10 business days for your item to arrive. Deliveries to remote regions may take an additional 3-5 days for your item to arrive. For security, orders over $500 will be forwarded to a designated post office or pick up location. If this occurs, you will receive an email with further pick-up instructions.

Shipments to the U.S.:
All Purchases $199 and more (before tax) shipped within the USA (excluding AK and HI) are free of charge via Canada Post/USPS or FedEx. All purchases below $199 (before tax) are subject to a flat rate $30 shipping charge. Shipments to AK or HI are subject to a $30CAD shipping charge. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Please allow approximately 8 to 15 business days for your item to arrive. When your order is ready to be shipped, a shipment tracking number will be e-mailed to you.
Shipments cannot be made to a post office (P.O.) box number.
**We've extended our return/exchange window. For website purchases made between Nov 12th and Dec 24th, you can initiate a return or exchange by January 5th 2025.
At Ann-Louise, we make every effort to ensure your expectations are met with your purchase. The following are online and in-store return and exchange information:
RETURNS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Return conditions:
- Refund or exchange on merchandise within 14 days of receiving your product accompanied by original receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Items must be in original unworn condition. All sales are final on merchandise that has been altered or modified.
- We reserve the right to inspect the returned product by our corporate office before a refund is authorized.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
- Ann-Louise offers free return shipping for all online purchases within Canada

For orders shipped to the USA, customers are responsible for their return postage. We strongly suggest using a tracked service and sending the tracking number to info@annlouise.ca. Please follow the procedures below.
In order to return an item purchased online, please see the following steps:

Send an e-mail to info@annlouise.ca
- In your e-mail, please include your name, telephone number, invoice number, the item you are returning (include SKU number), and the reason you are returning the item.
- A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with return instructions.
- Upon inspection of the returned item (see return conditions below), a refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
RETURNS ON IN-STORE PURCHASES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it for a full refund or exchange in its original, unworn condition subject to the following provisions:
- Refund or exchange on merchandise within 14 days of purchase accompanied by original receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Items must be in original unworn condition. All sales are final on special orders, layaway purchases, custom makes, or any merchandise that has been altered or modified.
- We reserve the right to inspect the returned product by our corporate office before a refund is authorized.
- Items returned with gift receipt will receive store credit.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
