The health and safety of our customers, staff, and our community remains a priority for us. In response to COVID 19, we have applied new policies and procedures to create a safe shopping environment. In addition to enhanced cleaning procedures and social distancing measures, our staff will be required to wear facial coverings and will be washing their hands frequently during their shifts.
You may notice some changes with our in-store experience. To be aligned with social distancing and safety protocols that are recommended by public health officials, we kindly ask our customers to observe and follow the below procedures.
- If you are feeling unwell, please refrain from entering our stores.
- We will be limiting the number of customers in our stores. To reduce wait times, you may wish to schedule an appointment by contacting your preferred store.
- We require customers to wear a mask while shopping in our stores.
- Customers will not be permitted to try on earrings at this time
- We encourage the use of a credit or debit card when paying for your transactions
We will provide free shipping on all orders $149 and over. Please note that there may be longer than normal processing and shipping times. Orders may take up to two weeks to be shipped to you.
