RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY (ONLINE & IN-STORE)

At Ann-Louise, we make every effort to ensure your expectations are met with your purchase. Within 14 days of purchase, items may be returned for a full refund or exchange. The following are online and in-store return and exchange information:

RETURNS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

In order to return an item purchased online, please see the following steps:

  1. Send an e-mail to website@annlouise.ca
  2. In your e-mail, please include your name, telephone number, invoice number, the item you are returning (include SKU number), and the reason you are returning the item.
  3. A confirmation e-mail would be sent to you with an attached Fedex waybill.
  4. Go to your nearest Fedex office, package the merchandise in an appropriately sized Fedex box, and attach the waybill to the outside of the box. If there is no nearby Fedex office, use any appropriately sized box, attached the waybill to the outside of the box, and call Fedex at 1-800-463-3339 to schedule for a pickup.
  5. Give the packaged box to the Fedex representative for shipment.
  6. Upon inspection of the returned item (see return conditions below), a refund will be issued using the same credit card as the original transaction.

Return conditions:

  • Refund or exchange on regular priced merchandise within 14 days of receiving your product accompanied by original receipt in its original and unworn condition. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • We reserve the right to have major stones inspected by our corporate office before a refund is authorized.
  • Free shipping on returned items within Canada.

RETURNS ON IN-STORE PURCHASES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it for a full refund or exchange in its original, unworn condition subject to the following provisions:

  • Refund or exchange on regular priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase accompanied by original receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • Exchange only on sale merchandise. Items must be in original unworn condition. All sales are final on special orders, layaway purchases, custom makes and clearance items or any merchandise that has been altered or modified.
  • We reserve the right to have major stones inspected by our corporate office before a refund is authorized.
  • Items returned with gift receipt will receive store credit.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
